Sneakers trainers

It is recommended not to wear trainers every day because they do not maintain the foot properly till the age of about 18 years, during which the foot bones fuse together. If the foot is not enough stimulated by a classic shoe (leather lining, foothills and foot support strengthened), muscles will be less tonic (and the risk of sprain is then increased ). Be aware however that today many items combine cool and sports style with foot support and foothills strengthened.
